Shipping Policy

[UK Clothing and UK Clothing Europe] (“we”, “us” or “our”) strive to ensure that you have the best shopping experience possible. - We operate from two primary warehouses:

- India warehouse at Tamil Nadu and Europe Warehouse at Rotterdam.

- Orders will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse based on the shipping address provided during checkout. This ensures faster delivery times and optimized shipping costs.

- All orders are processed and shipped subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after placing the order and payment is made, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative solution.

  1. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to the following regions:

- Primarily to India and Europe, but also to other countries worldwide. Orders can be placed, with the shipping rates calculated based on the locations and pin codes at checkout.

  1. Order Processing Time:

- India: All orders placed from India are processed within 1-5 business days.

- Europe: All orders placed within Europe are processed within 1-5 business days.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During sales, holidays, or unforeseen events, order processing may take longer.

- Once processed, your order will be handed over to the respective courier for delivery.

- Express Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.

- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7-14 business days.

- Express Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.

4.3. Other countries worldwide (outside India and Europe):

Delivery Times:

- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 15-21 business days.

- Express Shipping: Delivered within 7-14 business days.

4.4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined based on various factors, including but not limited to delivery locations, postal codes, chosen shipping methods, and estimated delivery times. These charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to order placement. Any additional costs, including but not limited to customs duties, import and export taxes, and fees levied by logistics or courier partners, shall be borne by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for paying these charges directly to the respective authorities or entities, as applicable.

Please note: Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination, courier / carrier service partner / company, local customs procedures, and logistics. Any delays caused by customs clearance or local circumstances are beyond our control.

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email. Track your shipment via the courier's website using the tracking details provided by the selected carrier partners / in our orders page or in our E-mail. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact our support team at info@the-ukclothing.com

  1. Packaging:

- We prioritize sustainable packaging and use eco-friendly materials to reduce environmental impact.

- Your order will be carefully packed with the necessary protection to avoid damage during transit.

- Fragile or delicate items will be wrapped with extra care.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages:

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order; however, if your package is lost or damaged during transit:

- We will investigate the issue with the carrier and initiate a resolution, which may involve sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  1. Changes to Shipping Address:

- We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order. If there are any errors or updates, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes to the shipping address after dispatch are not guaranteed.

- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your cost.

  1. Returns and Exchanges:

For more information about how to return or exchange your order, please refer to our ‘Return and Refund Policy’. You may initiate returns within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

- Items must be in their original condition (Products, tags, stickers, packaging, barcode stickers, bill etc.)

- Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, such as undergarments, swimwear, accessories, Intimate apparel, etc.
