Cancellation and Refund Policy

[UK Clothing and UK Clothing Europe] (“we”, “us” or “our”) understand that plans can change and we highly value and respect your decisions and time. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) to ensure a smooth experience.

Order Cancellation by the Customer:

  1. Timeframe for Cancellation:

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without any charges, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

- After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be subject to review, and cancellation may not be possible for orders that are already processed or dispatched.

  1. How to Cancel:

- To cancel your order, please contact us at info@the-ukclothing.com or send us a message using the ‘Contact us’ button on the orders page of your online store account or click the ‘Cancel’ button on the Order status page of your online store account. At all cases, provide your order details (order number and reason for cancellation) for our review and confirmation.

  1. Refund for Canceled Orders:

- If the order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method and currency provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

- If the order is not canceled within the eligible timeframe, a refund will not be issued, and the order will proceed as scheduled. Any additional charges like shipping charges, taxes and duties, etc. will also not be refunded.

Order Cancellation by Us:

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances but not limited to:

- If the item is out of stock.

- If there is an issue with payment authorization.

- If the shipping address is outside our serviceable areas.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method and currency.

Non-Cancellable Items:

Some items may not be eligible for cancellation, including but not limited to:

- Final Sale or Clearance Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price or marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance Sale” are non-cancellable.

- Customized or Personalized Products: Products with personalization (name, embroidery, etc.) are non-cancellable.

- Hygiene-sensitive Items: For health and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, intimate apparel, and other similar items cannot be cancelled.

- Gift Cards / Coupons / Promotional Vouchers / Digital Products or any similar promotional, discounted and gift products are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Process:

  1. Refund Method:

- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) and original purchase currency.

- If you paid with store credit or gift cards, a refund will be issued to the same account.

- Refunds for orders paid using bank transfers may take longer to process due to bank policies.

  1. Processing Time:

- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 7 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
